SPCS is a pre-K-12 community school committed to serving the whole student and family through an equity-minded approach. Open Cities Health Center’s Wolves Clinic is available to students, families, and staff every Monday and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The school-based health centers provide convenient, accessible care that helps students stay healthy and ready to learn. Services include treatment for common illnesses, immunizations, physicals, and other basic healthcare needs.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Open Cities provides services to all patients regardless of their ability to pay. We are excited to offer this valuable resource to our school community.
