About school-based mental health services

St. Paul City School partners with the Wilder Organization to provide school-based mental health services and wellness services that are culturally centered, trauma-informed, and impactful for the whole family. Children and families receive culturally affirming, holistic, therapeutic support, while school teachers and staff access trauma-informed consultation. Families and students may access Walk-In Counseling at the Wilder building without having to make an appointment or needing insurance access.
