About riseup clinics

RiseUp Clinics is a non-profit providing Healthcare organization that provides School Based Mental Health services in schools. Their mission is to provide accessible, affordable health care for all students and to improve community health and educational outcomes. They provide a number of wrap around services such as health screenings and physicals for our student athletes. They bring in equipment to our Family Center 1 - 2 times a month and are available for occasional walk-in appointments as well.
